We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI solutions, with a strong focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP). This role offers the opportunity to work on end-to-end AI model development, from research and fine-tuning to deployment in production environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable, AI-driven applications that power next-generation business solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions leveraging LLMs and NLP techniques.
- Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained models for business-specific applications.
- Integrate AI-driven features into enterprise-grade software and business systems.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to deliver impactful AI solutions.
- Conduct robust testing, debugging, and performance optimization of models.
- Stay updated on the latest AI/ML advancements and evaluate their application to business challenges.
- Implement best practices for scalable and production-ready AI deployments.
Required Qualifications
- Master's in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
- Proven expertise in LLMs, NLP, and transformer-based architectures.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers).
- Knowledge of model fine-tuning, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and software engineering fundamentals.
- Effective teamwork and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in AI development or software engineering.
- Experience in deploying LLMs and AI models in production environments.
- Expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI workloads.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices for managing the AI model lifecycle.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams and contribute to innovation.
