Eligibility
- Completed 3‑year articleship with a CA firm.
- Semi‑qualified CA (Inter/IPCC not cleared OR one group of CA Final passed).
- Not currently pursuing CA exam attempts.
- Basic AI coursework (prompt engineering / responsible AI).
- Strong MS Excel (lookups, pivots), documentation discipline, business writing.
Experience (Nice To Have)
- 0–2 years post‑articleship in Internal Audit/Assurance/Risk/analytics support.
- Exposure to SAP/Oracle/Tally data pulls, Power Query/Power BI basics.
Purpose of the Role
Enable Audit/Assurance teams to use AI tools safely and productively—standardising prompts, running analyses on structured/unstructured inputs, and converting outputs into audit‑quality working papers.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini/Copilot/Perplexity/other) to run vetted prompts for scoping, test design, checklists, evidence review, and report drafts.
- Summarise policies/SOPs/contracts and map to audit procedures.
- Structure datasets (CSV/Excel); create quick pivots and exception lists.
- Maintain a Prompt Library: versioning, tagging by area (IA, IFC, SOX, ITGC, DPDP), reuse tracking.
- Data protection: apply PGB masking/redactions; ensure client confidentiality and DPDP compliance.
- Create & maintain AI Run Logs (prompt, data, outcome, reviewer sign‑off).
- Prepare audit‑ready working papers from AI outputs with clear references and conclusions.
- Support analytics: basic Power Query transformations; coordinate with client IT/Finance for data pulls.
- Continuous improvement: propose prompt refinements, SOP updates, quick reference guides.
- Tool hygiene: access control requests, license usage checks, and issue reporting to IT/ISMS.
- Keep Up-to-date the ticketing system for the various request received.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Turnaround time on AI runs & summaries.
- Accuracy/traceability of outputs in working papers (QA review pass rate).
- Prompt reuse/adoption across engagements.
- Zero confidentiality breaches; adherence to DPDP/PGB AI policy.
- Stakeholder satisfaction (Manager/Partner feedback).
