About the Team:

The Artificial Intelligence team at QpiAI builds cutting-edge products and solutions for customers most challenging problems across multiple industry verticals and domains. Some key areas where our team is actively working include Agentic AI, LLMs/LRMs, Transformers and Generative AI, RAG, AutoML, Computer Vision, Explainable AI, and Continual Learning. We are looking for a Technical Content Writer who can work alongside our product, engineering, QA, and GTM teams to create clear, accurate, and adoption-oriented documentation and technical content for our AI platforms (QpiAI Pro, Agent Hive) and solution offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Documentation: Own and maintain user guides, feature docs, how-tos, FAQs, and onboarding content for platform capabilities.
• Release & Change Communication: Draft release notes, changelogs, and what's new updates in crisp, user-friendly language.
• Content Quality & Consistency: Edit and proofread content for clarity, correctness, tone consistency, and structured formatting.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with PMs/engineers/QA to extract accurate details, validate flows, and document edge cases.
• Content Ops: Manage a documentation backlog/calendar; ensure docs stay current with product releases.

Key Requirements:

• Strong technical writing skills: ability to explain complex concepts clearly with correct terminology and structure.
• Ability to translate loosely defined inputs into structured documentation and content artifacts.
• Comfort working with product/engineering teams to validate accuracy and completeness. Familiarity with documentation tools/workflows (Markdown, Google
• Docs/Notion/Confluence, basic diagrams).
• Basic understanding of modern AI/GenAI concepts (LLMs, RAG, agents) at a conceptual level.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred) in English/Journalism/Communications/Engineering/CS or related disciplines; strong portfolio can substitute for formal degree.
