AI Product Manager

About Triomics:

Triomics is building the modern technology stack for oncology trial sites and investigators that unifies the workflows of clinical care and clinical research, moving the healthcare industry closer to the vision of Clinical Research as a Care Option. Our platform, which is based on our proprietary oncology-focused large language model (OncoLLM™) co-developed with several leading cancer centers, eliminates the operational inefficiencies in patient recruitment, data curation, and other laborious tasks involved in clinical research, thus enabling the generation of high-quality data and speeding up the clinical trials.

Responsibilities:

• Translating business problems into AI solutions by identifying opportunities where AI can add value
• Working closely with data engineers, NLP engineers and stakeholders to define product requirements and metrics
• Prioritizing AI features and capabilities based on technical feasibility, business impact, and resource constraints
• Managing the ethical dimensions of AI, including bias mitigation, transparency, and responsible deployment
• Creating roadmaps for AI product development that balance short-term deliverables with long-term vision
• Create design briefs and collaborate with the design team to create wireframes and designs
• Have technical understanding of machine learning concepts, data requirements, model performance metrics, and the unique deployment challenges of AI systems

Required Qualifications:

• More than four years of work experience working in Product Management and at least 1.5 years of work experience in the AI domain
• Good communication skills, organizational and problem solving skills with great attention to detail, including the ability to track multiple development executions simultaneously and analyze the results
• An understanding and empathy for users
• The ability to structure and analyze ambiguous problems and the ability to communicate ideas clearly through workflows, feature descriptions etc.
• The candidate must be self-motivated and driven with a go-getter attitude. He/she must be persuasive without being forceful
