We are looking for an ambitious and hands-on AI Product Manager to lead the development of an AI-powered platform for content creators and brands. This role is ideal for someone excited about building 0-to-1 products, experimenting with AI workflows, and shaping the future of the creator economy in India.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development of an AI-powered creator platform.
• Conduct creator and brand research to define product requirements and user needs.
• Design and own user journeys for creator onboarding, brand inquiry management, and platform dashboard experiences.
• Build and iterate MVPs using no-code tools, AI APIs, and rapid experimentation frameworks.
• Define, monitor, and optimize key product metrics, including platform-driven deal closures.
• Work closely with internal teams to integrate proprietary creator intelligence systems into the platform.
• Run continuous feedback loops with creators and early adopters to improve product experience.
• Prioritize product roadmap and features based on real user behavior and data insights.
• Collaborate directly with the founding team on product vision, strategy, and execution.
• Design AI-assisted workflows, prompts, and conversational experiences across the platform.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and growth teams to ensure timely product launches.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of Product Management experience, preferably in consumer apps, creator-tech, or marketplace platforms.
• Proven experience building 0-to-1 products from ideation to launch.
• Strong understanding of the Indian creator economy and influencer ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, LLM APIs, and AI workflow design.
• Experience using no-code/low-code tools such as Bubble, Voiceflow, Make.com, or similar platforms.
• Strong prompt engineering and AI conversation design capabilities.
• Familiarity with social media APIs, especially Instagram and YouTube integrations.
• Excellent analytical thinking and product decision-making skills.
• Strong written communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with creator-focused platforms or startups.
• Understanding of creator monetization systems and influencer marketplaces.
