AI - Product Manager

THE ROLE

We aren't looking for a backlog manager. We need a Builder PM—someone who understands the latent space as much as they understand user pain points. You will own the soul of AuthBridge's AI solutions: from identifying a manual bottleneck in our verification workflows to deploying an autonomous AI agent that eliminates it entirely.

You'll work at the intersection of product strategy, AI engineering, and business operations. Your playground includes LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, agentic AI pipelines, and real-time verification APIs that serve millions of checks monthly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Solution Architecture: Design complex AI workflows using orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI) or advanced automation platforms. Architect multi-agent pipelines that integrate with AuthBridge's TruthScreen APIs, iBridge verification engine, and Vault criminal database to automate end-to-end verification journeys.

• Prompt Engineering & LLM Strategy: Develop and iterate on multi-shot, chain-of-thought, and system-level prompt strategies that go far beyond basic queries. Own prompt versioning, evaluation, and A/B testing to continuously improve accuracy across document classification, fraud detection, and identity verification use cases.

• End-to-End Ownership: From spotting a manual bottleneck (e.g., reporting-manager verification calls, document classification errors) to deploying an AI agent that resolves it autonomously—you own the full lifecycle. Think: turning a 48-hour TAT process into a 4-minute one.

• Analytical Rigor & Ground Truth: Define and maintain Ground Truth datasets for AI model evaluation. Analyse outputs for accuracy, hallucination rates, latency, and edge-case failures. Build dashboards and feedback loops that make AI performance transparent to engineering and business stakeholders.

• Cross-Functional Bridge: Translate business logic from verification operations, compliance, and sales teams into precise technical AI requirements. Ensure the final output doesn't just demo well—it actually moves the needle on TAT, discrepancy rates, and customer satisfaction.

• Product Roadmap for AI Capabilities: Contribute to AuthBridge's AI product roadmap— including deepfake detection, agentic AI calling, OCR-powered document intelligence, and GAN based fraud scoring. Prioritise features based on customer impact, regulatory requirements, and technical feasibility.
