About the Role:
ASE Academy, an initiative by ASE Technologies, is committed to equipping students with future-ready skills in Artificial Intelligence, emerging technologies, and industry-focused learning. We are looking for passionate AI Trainers / Industry Experts who can deliver practical, hands-on training to students and fresh graduates.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, practical training sessions on AI Foundations and AI for Business applications
- Simplify complex concepts like AI, LLMs, and Prompt Engineering for beginners
- Guide students in building real-world projects (chatbots, automation workflows, AI tools)
- Demonstrate how AI is applied in Marketing, Sales, Data Automation, and Business operations
- Provide hands-on support during live sessions and project work
- Design and share session-wise content, assignments, and exercises
- Mentor students and help them complete capstone projects successfully
- Share industry insights, use cases, and best practices
- Evaluate student performance and give constructive feedback
- Collaborate with the ASE Academy team to improve curriculum and learning experience
Who we are looking for:
- Professionals with hands-on experience in AI tools & applications
- Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering & LLM usage
- Experience in applying AI in business functions (Marketing / Sales / Automation)
- Prior teaching/training experience is a plus (not mandatory)
- Passion for mentoring and building talent
