Role: AI Practitioner - Gurugram
Location: Gurugram (70-80% Remote, on-site as needed)
Duration: 9 Months (Contract to hire)
Job Description: -
- Hands-on AI Practitioner role within the Glean Enterprise Insights & GPT Platform team, focused on building production-ready AI solutions for business use cases.
- Own end-to-end lifecycle: discovery, design, development, deployment, and continuous optimization of AI applications.
- Design and deliver low-code/no-code agents and workflows using Glean Agent Builder, automation tools, and orchestration platforms.
- Build integrations with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and internal APIs.
- Develop custom integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware when required.
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, scalability, observability, and compliance.
- Act as a forward-deployed engineer, collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into MVPs and production systems.
- Engage with executives to drive adoption, manage expectations, and demonstrate value through prototypes and demos.
- Apply LLM best practices including prompt engineering, agent design, guardrails, and evaluation frameworks.
- Monitor telemetry, usage, and cost; optimize token consumption and model efficiency.
- Follow governance standards for naming, documentation, risk management, and lifecycle processes.
- Continuously learn and apply advancements in AI, LLMs, and low-code tools to deliver impactful solutions.
