ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an energetic and curious software professional who is passionate about building healthcare applications using the latest AI-powered development tools. In this role, you will use tools like Claude (Anthropic's AI assistant), GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and similar AI-augmented coding platforms alongside modern development environments (including Mac Mini setups) to rapidly prototype, build, and deploy healthcare-focused digital products.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone fresh out of college or with up to 4 years of experience who wants to be at the cutting edge of AI-assisted software development in the healthcare domain.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, develop, and deploy healthcare applications (web and mobile) using AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, and Bolt to accelerate development workflows.

Leverage Mac Mini and cloud-based development environments to build, test, and ship production-ready applications for pharmaceutical and medical education use cases.

Collaborate with medical content teams, strategists, and designers to translate healthcare requirements into functional, user-friendly digital products.

Build interactive dashboards, data visualisation tools, and patient/HCP engagement platforms tailored for pharmaceutical clients.

Integrate APIs from healthcare data sources, CRMs, and third-party services (e.g., EHR/EMR systems, medical databases) into custom applications.

Develop AI-powered features within apps, including intelligent chatbots, content recommendation engines, and automated medical content generation workflows.

Maintain code quality through version control (Git/GitHub), code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

Stay current with the latest advancements in AI coding tools, LLMs, agentic AI frameworks, and healthcare technology trends.

Create technical documentation, internal tooling guides, and proof-of-concept demonstrations for new technology capabilities.

Support the team in evaluating and integrating emerging AI tools and frameworks into the company's technology stack.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED

Core Programming & Frameworks

Proficiency in one or more: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, or Node.js.

Familiarity with mobile development frameworks (React Native, Flutter) is a plus.

Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end tooling (Tailwind CSS, Vite, etc.).

Basic knowledge of backend development: REST APIs, GraphQL, database management (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase).

AI-Assisted Development Tools

Hands-on experience or strong willingness to learn AI coding assistants: Claude (Anthropic), GitHub Copilot, Cursor IDE, Windsurf, Bolt, Replit Agent, or similar tools.

Understanding of prompt engineering for code generation and debugging.

Familiarity with LLM APIs (Anthropic API, OpenAI API) for building AI-powered application features.

Experience with agentic coding tools like Claude Code or similar CLI-based AI development tools.

DevOps & Infrastructure

Comfort working on macOS (Mac Mini) development environments.

Familiarity with Git, GitHub/GitLab, and collaborative development workflows.

Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Vercel) for deployment.

Understanding of CI/CD concepts and containerisation (Docker) is a plus.

Healthcare & Domain Knowledge (Good to Have)

Awareness of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) and regulatory considerations (HIPAA basics, India's DPDP Act).

Interest in pharmaceutical industry workflows, medical education, and HCP engagement platforms.

Exposure to data visualisation libraries (D3.js, Recharts, Plotly) for healthcare analytics dashboards.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

04 years of professional experience in software development (internships and academic projects count).

Demonstrable portfolio or GitHub profile showcasing projects, especially those built using AI coding tools.

Strong problem-solving aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies rapidly.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams including non-technical stakeholders.
