About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced AI/ML Specialist to join our dynamic team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with deep, hands-on expertise in a wide range of Azure services, Microsoft Power Platform, and intelligent automation frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions leveraging Azure ecosystem.
- Work hands-on with Azure DevOps, App Services, Azure AI Search, and Azure Databricks.
- Develop custom applications and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate).
- Collaborate on projects involving Copilot, Foundry, and Auto-Gen frameworks to develop intelligent agents.
- Lead and own projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure best practices and maintain documentation for solutions developed.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- 7+ years of industry experience in AI/ML development and deployment.
- Strong command over Azure cloud services including:
- Azure AI Search
- Azure Databricks
- Azure DevOps
- Azure App Services
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate).
- Exposure to Copilot, Foundry, and Auto-Gen Frameworks is a must.
- Excellent communication skills, with proven ability to lead and deliver projects independently.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ownership mindset.

Work Model:
