Role Description

This is an full time Internship role for an AI ML LLM Intern at NetoAI located in Chennai. The Intern will work on day-to-day tasks involving LLM Finetuning, RAG system development, AI Agent development, software development to enhance our AI solutions.

Qualifications

• We'd love to work with people who have the right attitude and passion for technology. Industry experience and educational background are not essential.
• You should have extensive experience (Personal project / Company) using LLMs for software development. Strong expertise using Cursor, GitHub Copilot or any other coding assistant is preferred. This is absolutely required for enabling us to ship things faster.
• You should have a strong understanding of Python fundamentals, including Flask, FastAPI, LangChain, and LangGraph.
• Experience building end-to-end solutions independently and from scratch (either as personal projects or within a company) is required.
• A high level of confidence and a can-do attitude are essential.
• Good communication skills is a must and should have the right mindset to work with a high performing team coming from diverse background.

Compensation

Interns will receive compensation that reflects their individual skillset and experience. Details will be discussed during the interview process.

• Performance-Based Evaluation: Your progress will be assessed throughout the internship based on skill development, initiative, teamwork, and overall contribution.
• Opportunity for Developer Role: High-performing interns may be offered an AI/ML Developer position at the end of the internship.
