About the Role
Job Title: AI Engineer / Senior AI Engineer / Lead
Responsibilities:
- Build and deploy Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions for real-world use cases.
- Design and implement LLM-driven applications and RAG pipelines.
- Engineer scalable, cloud-native AI architectures and APIs.
- Develop data pipelines, feature engineering workflows, and embedding systems.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and cost in production environments.
- Work with vector databases and retrieval systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
- (Senior/Lead roles) Drive architecture, mentor teams, and lead technical decision-making.
Required Skills:
- 3–10 years of experience in AI / ML / Generative AI.
- Strong programming expertise in Python and data-driven technologies.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures.
- Experience with LangChain / LangGraph and vector databases.
- Solid understanding of system design, scalability, and distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), APIs, and containerization.
- Exposure to MLOps / LLMOps practices and production deployments.
- Proven ability to build or contribute to production-grade AI applications.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience across the end-to-end AI lifecycle: Problem Data Model RAG Deployment Monitoring.
- Ownership mindset with a focus on impact and scalability.
- Ability to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.
