Senior
AI Engineer (3+ years of relevant experience) will lead the design and
optimization of advanced AI systems, guiding experimentation and ensuring
production-ready architectures.
Responsibilities
- Design AI system architecture (RAG, multi-agent systems)
- Lead model evaluation strategy
- Mentor junior AI engineers
- Optimize model performance and inference pipelines
- Define prompt strategies and evaluation metrics
- Implement automated evaluation workflows
- Work closely with platform and backend teams for scaling
Required Skills
- Strong experience with LLM ecosystems
- Deep understanding of prompt engineering patterns
- Experience deploying AI systems into production
- Experiment tracking and evaluation pipelines
- Advanced Python engineering skills
Preferred
- Experience with DSPy / LangGraph / advanced agent frameworks
- Experience building internal AI platforms
