Overview
We are seeking a Generative AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern deep learning techniques. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, model integration, and production deployment of AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Generative AI solutions using modern LLMs, transformer architectures, and NLP techniques.
- Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines using embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval frameworks.
- Fine-tune or adapt pre-trained models for domain-specific tasks and performance improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Develop and optimize prompts to enhance model performance, reasoning, and output quality.
- Conduct experimentation, benchmarking, and evaluation of multiple LLMs and generative techniques.
- Deploy AI models into production using MLOps practices, containerization, and cloud services.
- Maintain and improve AI workflows for reliability, scalability, and cost optimization.
- Implement best practices for ethics, safety, and responsible AI usage.
- Document system architecture, APIs, and implementation details.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong programming experience in Python.
- Applied experience with LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Claude, Llama, Gemini, Mistral, or similar.
- Solid understanding of Deep Learning & Transformer-based architectures.
- Experience with Prompt Engineering & LLM evaluation techniques.
- Experience with one or more vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, FAISS).
- Hands-on experience building RAG pipelines or LLM-based applications.
- Familiarity with Machine Learning Frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or MLOps/CI/CD environments.
- Knowledge of NLP techniques (NER, text generation, summarization, search).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
