Role & Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and productionize ML models (NLP, CV, and structured-data) from prototype to low-latency serving.
- Build end-to-end ML pipelines: data ingestion, preprocessing, feature engineering, training, evaluation, and automated retraining.
- Containerize and deploy models using Docker and cloud services; optimize inference for throughput and cost.
- Implement MLOps best practices: CI/CD for models, model versioning, monitoring, alerting, and drift detection.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and backend engineers to translate business requirements into production systems.
- Drive engineering excellence: reproducible experiments, code quality, performance profiling, and mentoring junior engineers.
