Key Responsibilities

Required Skills And Qualifications

- 7-9 years of experience in AI agent development or related roles, with a strong focus on customer care applications.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or R, and familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and deep learning concepts.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
