About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically strong AI/ML Engineer (Python-based) to support large-scale AI model development through high-quality data annotation, evaluation, and model improvement workflows. In this role, you will bridge machine learning engineering and structured annotation processes to enhance model accuracy, reliability, and domain performance.

You will work closely with data scientists, domain experts, and AI researchers to design annotation guidelines, validate model outputs, and optimize training datasets for supervised learning, reinforcement learning, and evaluation pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and train machine learning models using Python.
• Perform data preprocessing and feature engineering.
• Optimize models for accuracy and performance.
• Deploy models in production environments.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in ML/AI using Python.
• Strong grasp of scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Experience with deployment tools and APIs.
