Role Overview:
- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions
- Build intelligent copilots using the Microsoft ecosystem
- Integrate solutions with enterprise applications to enhance automation and user experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents
- Work with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Integrate APIs and connectors with enterprise systems
- Design scalable conversational AI solutions for production environments
- Conduct technical training and enablement sessions for users/teams
Required Skills & Experience:
- 35+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform / Copilot Studio
- Strong understanding of:
- Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Azure AI Services
- Dataverse
- Databricks
- Proven experience in deploying enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions
- Strong problem-solving and independent working ability
- Experience in fast-paced, global environments
