Role Overview

We're hiring an AI/ML Engineer (with 5+ years of experience) who can go beyond experimentation and actually ship models into production. You'll work on real use cases across machine learning and Generative AI — from building models to integrating them into live systems. 

Location - Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (Hybrid)

What You'll Work On

● Build and deploy machine learning models in production environments

● Work on Generative AI use cases (LLMs, embeddings, prompt-based workflows)

● Develop features powered by AI (chatbots, automation, intelligent workflows)

● Handle data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation

● Integrate ML/AI models with backend systems via APIs

● Monitor model performance and continuously improve outputs

● Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ship end-to-end solutions

What We're Looking For

● 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning / AI roles

● Strong Python skills

● Hands-on experience with PyTorch / TensorFlow / scikit-learn

● Exposure to LLMs, Generative AI, or NLP use cases

● Understanding of APIs and deploying models in production

● Good grasp of data structures and problem-solving

● Experience working in a team environment (Git, code reviews, etc.)

Must Have

● Experience with OpenAI / Hugging Face / LLM frameworks

● Prompt engineering and working with embeddings/vector databases

● Exposure to AWS / GCP / Azure

● Basic knowledge of Docker or deployment workflows

● Experience building AI-powered features (chatbots, assistants, automation tools)
