AI/ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning models and deep learning algorithms.
• Analyze large datasets to extract insights and prepare data for modeling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and translate them into ML solutions.
• Implement production-ready models with proper scalability, performance, and monitoring.
• Conduct model evaluations, performance tuning, and retraining as needed.
• Build data pipelines and workflows using tools such as Apache Airflow, Kafka, or AWS Glue.
• Contribute to research and development of new AI techniques and stay updated with industry trends.
• Create documentation, presentations, and demos for stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, and AI system development.
• Proficient in Python and libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, XGBoost, etc.
• Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Experience with SQL, NoSQL databases, and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure for ML model deployment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, DVC, or SageMaker.
• Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or time-series forecasting.
• Exposure to containerization using Docker/Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps for ML workflows.
