AI ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and assist in building generative AI chatbots using tools like OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and Copilot Studio
• Collaborate with senior engineers to explore and experiment with LLMs, SLMs, and agentic frameworks such as CrewAI and LangGraph
• Support the development and fine-tuning of machine learning models under guidance
• Help integrate AI systems with Azure services including Cognitive Services, ML Services, and Blob Storage
• Participate in transforming FAQs and documents into structured knowledge for AI bots
• Assist in testing, evaluating, and improving chatbot performance
• Document learnings, model configurations, and workflows for future reuse

Required Skills & Knowledge (to Learn or Possess)

• Strong interest in AI/ML, particularly in Generative AI
• Basic knowledge of Python
• Familiarity with at least one ML framework: PyTorch, TensorFlow, or HuggingFace
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Willingness to work with tools and platforms like:
• Azure ML Services
• Azure Cognitive Search, Blob, or SQL
• Copilot Studio
• OpenAI APIs
• GitHub Copilot

Nice to Have (You'll Learn on the Job)

• Prompt engineering and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• Exposure to agentic frameworks like CrewAI or LangGraph
• Basics of Conversational UX and chatbot testing
• Experience or familiarity with Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, and AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service)
