Responsibilities
- Develop and fine-tune large language models for code generation
- Design and implement AI pipelines for software development workflows
- Optimize model performance, latency, and accuracy
- Research and experiment with new AI techniques and architectures
- Collaborate with engineers to integrate AI models into production
- Analyze model outputs and iterate on improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in machine learning or AI
- Strong foundation in deep learning and neural networks
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Experience with large language models (GPT, BERT, etc.)
- Understanding of NLP and code understanding techniques
- Strong mathematical and statistical background
Nice to Have
- PhD or Masters in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- Experience fine-tuning or training large language models
- Publications in top-tier AI conferences
- Experience with model deployment and MLOps
- Knowledge of code analysis and program synthesis
