Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-driven automation workflows for both internal operations and client solutions.
- Integrate and productionize LLM APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Llama) within existing products and systems.
- Lead development support for chatbots and AI assistants, ensuring reliable real-world performance.
- Build and maintain API-based integrations, including JSON pipelines, webhook triggers, and automation logic (n8n/Zapier).
- Rapidly translate product ideas into working prototypes/MVPs, iterate fast with feedback, and improve to deploy-ready versions.
- Assist in model training/fine-tuning experiments when needed, and evaluate outputs for quality and stability.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to enhance AI features, improve UX, and optimize workflows.
- Maintain clear technical documentation for workflows, integrations, and deployment steps.
- Debug and resolve automation failures and integration issues (API errors, payload issues, n8n failures, webhook breaks).
