Graystone Capital is building proprietary AI systems to power deal intelligence, financial automation, and predictive analytics.

We are hiring an AI / ML Engineer to design and deploy intelligent models that directly impact revenue and operational efficiency.

What You'll Build

• Lead scoring algorithms
• Deal probability prediction models
• Financial document parsing (NLP)
• Automated report generation systems
• Predictive revenue forecasting
• AI-powered executive dashboards

Requirements

• 4+ years in Machine Learning
• Strong Python expertise
• Experience with TensorFlow / PyTorch / Scikit-learn
• NLP & LLM integration experience
• Strong data modeling capabilities

Bonus

• Experience in financial services or private equity
• Experience building production-grade AI systems

This role will define the AI backbone of the firm.
