About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and innovative AI/ML Engineer with hands-on experience in Voice Bots, Conversational AI, and AI Voice solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and NLP, along with expertise in integrating databases and knowledge systems to build human-like conversational experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy voice bots and conversational AI solutionsthat deliver natural, human-like interactions.
- Implement and optimize speech-to-text (STT), text-to-speech (TTS), NLP, and dialog management models.
- Leverage Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agentic AI frameworks to enhance AI-driven conversations.
- Build and maintain databases/knowledge bases (relational databases, websites as knowledge points) for training and improving AI models.
- Write efficient, scalable, and production-ready Python code for AI/ML pipelines.
- Research, evaluate, and integrate state-of-the-art AI models for voice and conversational systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to deliver end-to-end AI voice solutions.
- Continuously monitor, test, and fine-tune models for accuracy, latency, and user experience.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on voice bots or AI voice solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Machine Learning, NLP, Deep Learning, and Conversational AI.
- Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
- Experience with speech recognition, speech synthesis (TTS), and conversational chat AI frameworks.
- Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP), Agentic AI, and Conversational Chat AI architectures.
- Experience working with relational databases (RDBMS) and knowledge bases/knowledge graphs.
- Understanding of database as a knowledge point and website as a knowledge point integration.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize models for real-world deployment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) for conversational tasks.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying AI solutions.
- Knowledge of Agent-based AI systems for autonomous workflows.
