AI ML Engineer

Key Skills: Python, Machine Learning, LLM, Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize generative AI architectures and models using Python.
• Build agentic AI solutions using LLMs, including tool/function calling, memory, workflows, and orchestration.
• Develop retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines to improve factuality and response quality.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to collect, preprocess, and manage large datasets with strong data quality controls.
• Integrate AI models into production environments and support scalable, reliable deployments.

Skills Required:

• 4 - 15 years of relevant experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Python for end-to-end AI/ML engineering and model implementation.
• Generative AI and LLM-based solution development, including agentic workflows.
• Machine learning fundamentals across training, evaluation, and production optimization.
• RAG implementation to support retrieval-enhanced responses.

Good to Have:

• Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for scalable AI deployments.

Education: Degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, or IT.
