AI /ML Engineer

Key Skills: Gen AI, AI/ML, NLP, LLM, Python

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize generative AI architectures and models for production use cases.
• Build agentic AI solutions using LLMs, including tool/function calling, Model Context Protocol (MCP), memory, workflows, and orchestration.
• Perform end-to-end AI/ML engineering: data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and production optimization.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to collect, preprocess, and manage large datasets while ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Integrate AI models into production environments on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) to ensure high availability and performance.

Skills Required:

• 4 - 15 years of relevant experience; 2+ years specifically in AI/GenAI.
• GenAI and AI/ML engineering experience (2+ years in AI/GenAI).
• Strong knowledge of AI methodologies including generative models, machine learning, reinforcement learning, and natural language processing.
• Hands-on proficiency in end-to-end model development: data preprocessing, feature engineering, training, evaluation, and optimization.
• Programming and ML frameworks: Python (also .Net or Java), TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras; ability to deploy scalable solutions on AWS/Azure/GCP.

Good to Have:

• NLP experience beyond core NLP concepts.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or IT (or equivalent)
