Project Role : AI / ML Engineer

Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Must have skills : Large Language Models (LLMs)

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:

As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based AI services. The role requires integrating generative AI models into solutions, ensuring that applications are production-ready whether deployed on cloud platforms or on-premises. Daily activities may include working with deep learning frameworks, developing neural network architectures, creating intelligent chatbots, and implementing image processing techniques. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align AI capabilities with business needs and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the development lifecycle are also key aspects of the role.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions that meet project requirements and quality standards.

- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of AI initiatives with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Experience in developing and deploying AI applications using cloud AI services and on-premises infrastructure.

- Strong understanding of generative AI models and their practical applications in real-world solutions.

- Familiarity with deep learning techniques, neural networks, and natural language processing.

- Ability to design scalable AI pipelines that ensure production-ready quality and reliability.

- Competence in integrating AI components such as chatbots and image processing modules into larger systems.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
