AI/ML Engineer

Summary:

The supplier will form a new team within the company specializing in converting Data 360 data into high-fidelity signals through agent-led enrichment. Engineers will build and extend agentic capabilities, manage data egress pipelines, and reduce manual operational processes. Resources must be available to work within Pacific or Central time zone hours.

Responsibilities:

• Build agentic capabilities to improve operational efficiency in how third-party data is ingested and consumed by internal stakeholders.
• Manage data egress from Data 360 to destination systems, including company's main CRM, as directed by stakeholders.
• Conduct deep discovery on a top-priority agentic use case targeting operational efficiency improvements and deliver an initial Proof of Concept (POC).
• Continue building upon the initial Agent use case to productize and extend agentic capabilities, reducing manual checks and processes currently in place.

Requirements:

• Resources must be available to work within Pacific or Central time zone hours
• Strong Python experience for AI application development.
• Experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) and prompt engineering beyond basic demos.
• Experience with agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar).
• Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, Milvus) and RAG pipelines.
• Systems thinking - ability to decompose complex goals into sub-tasks and manage agentic behavior.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with 3-step workflow automation (autonomous research, DevOps automation, IT troubleshooting).
• Proficiency in Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations.
• Experience with multi-agent and multi-modal agents.
