Roles and Responsibilities:

Design & Deliver Generative AI Solutions

Architect and implement end-to-end Generative AI systems tailored to tax automation and compliance workflows.

Integrate third-party LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, Azure) with a focus on prompt engineering and orchestration using frameworks like LangChain.

Fine-tune LLMs to improve accuracy, relevance, and business alignment.

Build Intelligent Agent Tools

Develop agent-based modules for data retrieval, decision logic, and automated task execution.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven process optimization and automation.

Ensure Performance, Security & Compliance

Monitor agent performance and iterate based on usage data and evolving requirements.

Build secure, scalable data pipelines and manage metadata for reference datasets used in LLM consumption.

Ensure all solutions meet data governance, security, and regulatory compliance standards.

Lead Innovation & Collaboration

Stay current with trends in AI agent frameworks, vector databases, and LLM best practices.

Partner with analytics and data engineering teams to deliver robust, user-friendly AI applications.

Contribute to a culture of innovation, learning, and excellence across geo-diverse teams.

Technical experience and Professional attributes:

Strong Python programming skills and familiarity with data science libraries.

Experience with LangChain or similar orchestration frameworks.

Proven ability to integrate technologies and deliver intuitive AI solutions.

Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Problem-solving mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.

Preferred experience with Java, Spring Boot, and MSSQL for backend integration and enterprise-grade development.
