Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:

As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies. This role requires integrating cloud-based or on-premises pipelines to ensure solutions are production-ready and scalable. The engineer works on implementing generative artificial intelligence models as part of comprehensive solutions, which may also encompass deep learning techniques, neural network architectures, conversational agents, and image processing tasks. Collaboration with various teams to align development efforts and maintain high-quality standards is a key aspect of daily activities, ensuring that innovative AI-driven products meet organizational goals and user needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions that align with project objectives and timelines.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of AI components into broader systems.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and methodologies to enhance existing solutions and processes.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
• Experience with designing and deploying AI models in cloud environments and on-premises infrastructures.
• Strong understanding of deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
• Ability to develop and optimize conversational AI systems such as chatbots.
• Familiarity with image processing techniques and their application in AI solutions.
• Skilled in building production-quality AI pipelines that ensure reliability and scalability.
• Builds, integrates, and optimizes LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and agent workflows.
• Fine-tunes models, improves prompt performance, and enhances scalability and latency.
• Collaborates with QE, data, and platform teams to operationalize GenAI solutions.
• Hands-on expertise in Python, LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and agent orchestration.
• Azure OpenAI Service with RAG (LLM integration, embeddings, and retrieval pipelines)
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Generative AI.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
