About the Role:
Our client is looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data processing, model building, and productionizing AI solutions, along with a solid understanding of modern ML frameworks and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for real-world applications
- Work with large datasets to perform data cleaning, feature engineering, and preprocessing
- Build and optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to deliver AI-driven solutions
- Deploy models into production using APIs, microservices, or cloud platforms
- Monitor model performance and implement retraining pipelines
- Conduct experimentation and A/B testing to improve model outcomes
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in machine learning or AI engineering roles
- Strong programming skills in Python (mandatory)
- Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
- Solid understanding of:
- Supervised & unsupervised learning
- Deep learning concepts
- Model evaluation techniques
- Experience with data manipulation tools like Pandas, NumPy
- Familiarity with SQL and working with structured/unstructured data
- Experience in deploying models using REST APIs, Docker, or cloud services
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, etc.)
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI use cases
- Familiarity with big data tools like Spark or Hadoop
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for ML systems
