Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Developer with strong hands-on experience in building, training, and deploying machine learning models. The ideal candidate should be passionate about AI innovation and capable of taking ownership of end-to-end ML solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and AI models
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
- Build and optimize models using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
- Implement NLP, Computer Vision, and predictive models as per business requirements
- Deploy ML models using REST APIs, cloud platforms, or MLOps pipelines
- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams
- Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy
- Stay updated with the latest AI/ML trends and technologies
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in AI/ML development
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and data analysis
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Deep Learning
- Familiarity with SQL, NoSQL databases, and data pipelines
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps practices is an advantage
