Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled
AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions. The candidate will work on building and tuning machine learning models, supporting document analytics and risk scoring systems, and integrating AI components into business applications to enable intelligent decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, train, and optimize AI/ML models for business use cases
- Perform model tuning, evaluation, and performance optimization
- Build and support document analytics solutions (OCR, NLP, text classification, extraction)
- Design and implement risk scoring models using statistical and ML techniques
- Integrate AI/ML models into production systems via APIs or microservices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI capabilities into applications
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of deployed AI solutions
- Document model architecture, workflows, and analytics results
- Monitor model performance and implement continuous improvements
Required Skills
- Strong experience in AI/ML model development and tuning
- Hands-on experience with Python and ML libraries (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Knowledge of NLP and document processing techniques
- Experience in risk analytics / scoring models
- Familiarity with REST APIs and microservices integration
- Understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
- Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases
