Roles & Responsibilities
Deep, hands-on experience with
Moveworks Studio, Moveworks API framework, AI skills, automations, plugins, and bot management.
Configure and customize Moveworks platform features, including intents, skills, actions, and knowledge integrations.
Develop
custom Moveworks plugins for enterprise applications such as ServiceNow, Jira, Workday, Office 365, Slack, Teams, etc.
Understanding of NLP/NLU fundamentals and conversational AI model optimization.
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Slack, or other collaboration ecosystems.
