What would you do The Delivery Lead is responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of large enterprise grade solutions built on leading BPM platforms .This role requires strong delivery management expertise, stakeholder leadership, and hands-on understanding of BPM-based solution implementation. The Delivery Lead will oversee solution delivery, ensure alignment with business outcomes, manage risks, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure quality and timely execution of Hyperautomation initiatives within the Record-to-Report (R2R) domain or other finance processes. The role also requires continuous improvement, governance, and adoption of automation capabilities.
- Act as the Delivery Lead for Hyperautomation solutions developed on Appian or any enterprise-grade BPM/Hyperautomation platform.
- Manage delivery of large and complex automation initiatives across R2R or finance transformation programs.
- Lead project planning, scope management, estimation, risk management, and delivery governance.
- Collaborate with business product owners, IT stakeholders, and process SMEs to ensure automation solutions meet objectives.
- Provide technical and delivery leadership across design, development, integration, testing, and deployment phases.
- Engage with multiple cross-functional teams and contribute to key architectural and delivery decisions.
- Drive operational excellence—ensuring service quality, cost efficiency, and value realization.
- Mentor delivery teams, provide subject matter expertise, and guide resolution of cross-team challenges.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and solution readiness.
- Support incident management, change requests, and continuous improvement for deployed automation solutions. Strong experience in delivery management for solutions built on enterprise grade BPM/Hyperautomation platforms (Appian preferred; Pega, Camunda, ServiceNow, IBM BPM, etc. also acceptable).
- Expertise in system integration delivery management and automation workflows.
- Strong understanding of project/program management methodologies.
- Ability to manage risks, drive mitigation plans, and ensure timely delivery.
- Experience working with cross-functional development, testing, and architecture teams. What are we looking for
- Experience in finance/R2R transformation programs.
- Exposure to AI/ML-driven automation or RPA tools.
- Proficiency in effort estimation, solution sizing, and delivery planning.
- Understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in BPM/Hyperautomation delivery management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills required.
- Ability to lead multiple automation workstreams concurrently in a dynamic environment. Roles and Responsibilities:
