The role
We're looking for anAI Media Operations Manager (Film Design)to support the planning and delivery of AIgenerated video and social content. You'll help turn creative briefs into structured tasks, coordinate with designers/editors, and keep projects moving through our AI production pipeline.
What you'll do
- Assist in managing endtoend delivery of AI video and media projects, from brief to final assets.
- Help set up and run workflows across AI tools (Runway, Pika, Sora, Midjourney, etc.) and editing tools.
- Coordinate with designers, AI operators, editors, and social/media team members to ensure smooth handoffs.
- Track tasks, deadlines, and basic project status in tools like ClickUp/Notion/Sheets; flag delays early.
- Review outputs for obvious visual/technical issues and prepare them for final review by senior team members.
- Document steps, update checklists/SOPs, and suggest small improvements to the workflow over time.
Must have
- Minimum 2 years of experience in media, video, film, design, or creative production (internships and freelance count).
- Background or coursework in film, production design, animation, or visual communication.
- Basic familiarity with any AI creative tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Kaiber, etc.), or strong willingness and ability to learn them fast.
- Good organizational skills: you can manage your tasks, follow checklists, and keep things updated without constant reminders.
- Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable working with a remote team.
- High ownership mindset: you take responsibility for your part of the pipeline and close loops reliably.
- Experience with any NLE or design tools (Premiere Pro, DaVinci, After Effects, Figma, etc.).
- Exposure to project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, or Trello.
- Any prior work on short films, ads, reels, or YouTube content (even student projects).
