AI/LLM Engineer

Ghrs Training is looking for a talented (Sr.) AI/LLM Engineer to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI solutions, particularly with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement scalable AI solutions using Python.
• Work extensively with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Utilize frameworks and libraries such as Transformers and LangChain for AI model development and deployment.
• Apply strong machine learning skills to design, train, and optimize AI models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into various products and services.
• Research and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and related technologies.

• Should possess strong machine learning (ML) skills.
• Should have experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Should be proficient in Python programming for AI development.
