Position: Lead AI Engineer
Experience: 8–12 Years
AI/ML Experience: 4+ Years in Production Environments
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Lead AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI solutions. The role involves technical leadership, client interaction, production deployments, and managing multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end AI solution lifecycle from requirements to deployment & monitoring.
Design and develop LLM, RAG, NLP & document-processing solutions.
Provide technical direction, conduct code reviews, and mentor engineering teams.
Manage 2–3 parallel projects with ownership of delivery.
Interact with clients and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Assess technical feasibility, risks, timelines, and effort estimation.
Support pre-sales, proposals, and solution discussions.
Coordinate cloud/on-premise deployments with cross-functional teams.
Must-Have Skills
Strong Python programming
4+ years hands-on AI/ML/NLP/LLM production experience
Experience taking AI solutions from POC to Production
RESTful APIs, Docker & CI/CD
Exposure to AWS / GCP / Azure
LLM, RAG, NLP & Vector Databases
Strong software engineering & clean coding practices
Team leadership & client-facing experience
⭐ Good to Have
Experience in BFSI, Healthcare, Legal or HR domains, along with AI cost optimization, production monitoring, and pre-bid/proposal support.
