Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Architect scalable solutions using LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, NLP, and Machine Learning.
• Define technical roadmaps and solution architectures.
• Drive adoption of emerging AI technologies and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership across large-scale AI initiatives.
• Lead architecture reviews, code reviews, and engineering governance.
• Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and production-ready.
• Guide teams throughout the AI lifecycle from development to deployment and monitoring.
• Establish and implement MLOps and LLMOps practices.
• Build and optimize AI platforms, model deployment pipelines, and cloud-native architectures.
• Drive performance optimization, observability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with business leaders, product teams, architects, and stakeholders.
• Lead technical discussions, workshops, solutioning sessions, and presentations.
• Mentor AI Engineers, Technical Leads, and Architects.
• Support capability development, hiring, technical upskilling, and knowledge sharing.

Mandatory Skills

• 10–15 years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, AI/ML, or related technology domains.
• Strong experience delivering enterprise AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Generative AI, and LLMs.
• Hands-on experience with RAG, Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering, Fine-Tuning, Vector Databases, and AI Orchestration frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, Hugging Face, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, AWS AI/ML, or Google Cloud AI platforms.
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, and enterprise data platforms.
• Strong understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, MLOps, and LLMOps.
• Strong technical leadership, solution architecture, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
