Role Overview

This internship is designed for individuals who want to work at the intersection of LLMs, automation, and real-world system design. You will be involved in building and deploying AI-powered workflows that go beyond prototypes and into usable systems.

The role involves working with Generative AI, RAG architectures (including advanced forms like Agentic RAG and GraphRAG), and automation frameworks, while contributing to backend logic and system integration.

You will collaborate with engineers and product thinkers to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions, and you will be expected to take ownership of components rather than operate as a passive learner.

What You Will Work On

You will spend most of your time building systems. This includes developing LLM-powered applications, implementing retrieval pipelines, designing agentic workflows, and integrating AI into structured business processes.

The work will also involve using tools like n8n for automation, working with APIs, and handling data across SQL, NoSQL, and vector databases. Over time, you will move from guided tasks to independently building components that are part of larger production systems.

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of Python
• Basic proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript
• Understanding of APIs and backend system design
• Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases
• Basic understanding of LLMs and prompting concepts
• Exposure to RAG, embeddings, or retrieval systems
• Ability to work independently and execute in a fast-paced environment
• Known to use tools like N8N, OpenClaw, Botpress, etc

What You Will Gain

This internship is structured to give you exposure to real AI deployments, not sandbox exercises. You will learn how AI systems are actually built, integrated, and scaled in business environments.

You will gain hands-on experience with agentic workflows, retrieval systems, and automation platforms, along with an understanding of how to move from idea to deployable solution. High-performing candidates will naturally transition into more complex responsibilities over time.

Internship Terms

The internship runs for a total of six months. The first month acts as an evaluation phase and is unpaid, during which your performance will be assessed through real tasks and deliverables. Candidates who meet the expected standards will continue into the paid phase of the internship from the second month onward.

Participants are expected to commit to the full duration of the internship. If a candidate chooses to exit before completion, an experience letter will not be issued.

• Upon successful completion of the six-month period, candidates who demonstrate strong performance and alignment with the team may be offered a full-time role as a Junior AI Engineer. Candidates are free to accept the offer or explore other opportunities.
