AI Graphics Designer

We're looking for a creative and forward-thinking Graphic Designer who can bring stories to life through compelling visuals. From eye-catching thumbnails to immersive scene compositions, you'll be the visual voice of our brand, blending traditional design skills with cutting-edge AI tools to produce work that's fast, fresh, and impactful.

• Design high-quality thumbnails optimised for engagement across app, social media, and digital platforms
• Create scene images and visual narratives that communicate stories, emotions, and ideas without words
• Develop storyboards and sequential visual content for campaigns, reels, explainer videos, and more
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and production teams to translate concepts into visuals
• Use AI image generation tools to rapidly prototype, ideate, and produce assets
• Write effective AI prompts to generate on-brand imagery using tools like Midjourney, DALLE, Adobe Firefly, Nano Banana or similar
• Maintain visual consistency by adhering to brand guidelines across all deliverables
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
  

Design & Visual Storytelling

• Strong portfolio showcasing thumbnails, scene compositions, and story-driven imagery
• Solid understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Experience in creating content for digital platforms (YouTube, Instagram, websites, etc.)

Software Proficiency

• Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects (preferred)
• Figma or similar UI/design tools
• Canva (for quick turnaround assets)
• Video editing basics (Premiere Pro / CapCut) is a plus

AI Tools & Prompt Engineering

• Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools (Midjourney, DALLE, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion, etc.)
• Ability to write detailed, effective prompts to produce consistent, high-quality AI visuals
• Comfortable using AI as a creative collaborator for ideation, mood boards, and final assets
• Familiarity with AI video/motion tools (Runway, Pika, etc.) is a plus
