What You'll Be Doing (A Week in the Life)
This is a high-volume, high-impact role4. You will be the creative engine that powers our client campaigns.
- Conversion-First Creative: Design and iterate on a high volume of digital assets (ads, stories, emails, website graphics) primarily for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and email marketing, with a focus on conversion and performance metrics.
- AI-Powered Speed: Integrate tools like Midjourney, DALL-E, and Photoshop Generative Fill into your workflow to speed up ideation, variations, and final production.
- Creative Iteration & Testing: Work hand-in-hand with our Media Buyers to create quick, testable variations of hooks, calls-to-action (CTAs), and formats based on performance feedback.
- Brand & Design Hygiene: Ensure all creative assets are on-brand, look expensive, and maintain an exceptional level of design quality, even under tight deadlines.
- Motion Bonus: If you can handle basic video editing/motion graphics for ads (CapCut, Premiere), you'll be a rockstar.
What We Need in You
We're looking for someone who gets the intersection of design and data.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, ideally working with D2C/e-commerce brands or a marketing agency.
- Tool Expertise: Mastery of Figma (for wireframes/mockups), Photoshop (for wizardry), and efficient use of Canva (for speed).
- AI Fluency: You regularly use (or are keen to master) AI tools for generating and manipulating images/assets (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion).
- Performance Mindset: You understand that an ad's job is to get a click or a sale, not just win a design award.
- Location: Based in Pune or willing to relocate. We value co-working and team vibes.
