About the Role

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented AI Graphic Designer & Print Finaliser to support creative production for our automotive e-commerce websites and digital marketing channels. This role focuses on creating and refining visuals for automotive products, kits, categories, vehicle-platform content, and promotional campaigns across web, marketplaces, social media, and print.

The ideal candidate combines strong visual creativity, advanced Adobe skills, and the ability to transform AI-generated automotive visuals into polished, professional deliverables that meet premium brand standards. In addition to digital assets, this role includes responsibility for finalising print-ready materials such as brochures, catalogs, flyers, packaging, and merchandising assets with absolute accuracy in print specifications and production standards.

As this is a fully remote position, the candidate must demonstrate strong communication discipline, excellent time management, and consistent delivery without direct supervision.

What You'll Do

AI-Powered Automotive Creative Production: Generate high-quality visuals, product scenes, and campaign assets using advanced AI tools for automotive parts, kits, and vehicle-specific applications. Refine and enhance AI-generated outputs to meet brand guidelines and automotive aftermarket quality expectations. Produce multiple creative variations for campaigns, testing, and marketing needs while ensuring visual consistency across all AI-driven deliverables.

Digital Content Adaptation & Resizing: Adapt automotive visuals into multiple formats and sizes for social media posts, stories and vertical formats, website banners, e-commerce category pages, and marketplace listings. Ensure accurate alignment, clarity, and export quality across all outputs.

File Finalisation & Print Production: Prepare flawless, print-ready files for automotive brochures, catalogs, flyers, packaging, and merchandising materials. Apply correct CMYK color profiles, bleed, safe zones, and resolution requirements. Coordinate with print vendors when required and ensure all files meet production standards.

Creative Collaboration & Workflow: Collaborate closely with the Creative Lead and Motion Designer on daily and weekly automotive deliverables. Work within structured workflows for approvals, updates, and asset preparation. Maintain organised file structures, clear naming conventions, and systematic asset libraries. Communicate proactively through remote channels to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, digital design, or print production. Hands-on experience with AI design tools and AI-assisted creative workflows. Strong understanding of visual composition, lighting, textures, and brand-driven design systems. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; working knowledge of Figma is preferred. Proven experience preparing technically accurate, print-ready files. High attention to detail and strong adherence to brand guidelines. Ability to manage fast-paced, daily deliverables independently in a remote environment. Strong organisational skills and time-management discipline.

Automotive Experience (Preferred)

Experience designing for automotive e-commerce, aftermarket brands, or auto-parts websites. Basic understanding of automotive parts, vehicle platforms, or DIY repair context. Familiarity with U.S. automotive culture and enthusiast or DIY communities is a strong advantage.

Nice to Have

Basic animation or motion-graphics skills. Ability to work across multiple brands and parallel projects. Ability to mentor or lead junior designers or AI designers.

Probation Period

This position includes a 13 month probation period. Successful completion of the probation period will confirm the candidate as a full-time member of the Creative Team.
