Role Overview
We are seeking an
AI-focused Sales Engineer who can partner with our sales team to design, demonstrate, and position cutting-edge
AI, GenAI, and automation solutions for global clients. This role requires blending
technical depth in AI/automation platforms with
customer-facing storytelling, enabling clients to visualize ROI and transformation opportunities across IT, HR, Finance, and Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to qualify leads and shape AI/automation opportunities across industries.
- Deliver compelling demos, prototypes, and workshops showcasing GenAI, conversational AI, and automation use cases.
- Map client pain points to AI/ML and automation architectures that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Create presales deliverables: solution designs, ROI/TCO models, architecture decks, and RFP/RFI responses.
- Position AssistNow's Assistly ITSM agent, Workday Extend apps, and Odoo ERP integrations with AI as the differentiator.
- Track emerging AI technologies (agentic AI, copilots, AR/VR, Industry 4.0) and recommend positioning strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to CIOs/CTOs, translating technical innovation into executive-level narratives.
- Collaborate with product, delivery, and analyst teams to refine offerings and sharpen competitive positioning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 58 years in presales, solution engineering, or consulting with an emphasis on AI/automation.
- Strong understanding of GenAI, conversational AI, IT process automation (ITPA), and ML-driven analytics.
- Experience integrating AI into ERP, ITSM, or enterprise workflows.
- Ability to develop and present ROI/value models for AI adoption.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience engaging CXO-level stakeholders.
