As an AI-First Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for intelligent enterprise products. You will combine product strategy, customer empathy, and AI-driven innovation to build scalable solutions that leverage LLMs, AI agents, and automation. This role requires someone who actively uses AI tools for product discovery, prototyping, and experimentation, and who understands how AI changes product design, UX, and business workflows.
Responsibilities
AI-First Product Strategy
- Define and execute product strategy for AI-driven enterprise applications.
- Identify opportunities to embed AI, automation, and intelligence into procurement workflows.
- Translate business problems into AI-powered product solutions.
Product Discovery & Innovation
- Work closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and engineering teams to identify high-impact product opportunities.
- Use AI tools for rapid prototyping, research, and product experimentation.
- Evaluate where LLMs, agents, and automation can transform product capabilities.
Product Development
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver scalable product features.
- Define clear product requirements, use cases, and success metrics.
- Drive product development using data-driven decision making.
AI-Enabled Product Thinking
- Design AI-native product experiences including copilots, automation workflows, and intelligent recommendations.
- Work with engineering teams on AI models, prompts, agents, and integrations.
- Ensure responsible and effective use of AI across product capabilities.
Qualifications
- 48 years of experience in Product Management for B2B or enterprise software.
- Strong understanding of AI-enabled product development.
- Experience working with AI tools for product research, prototyping, and development acceleration.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product strategy and user value.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Required Skills
- Experience building AI-powered or data-driven products.
