Intake, Discovery & Governance - Run structured intake, map business goals, identify system and knowledge-base dependencies, and produce clear problem statements and success metrics, supported by governance for intake criteria, decision rights, prioritization, and approval.

Requirements & Framing Translate processes into conversation flows, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria for developers; define guardrails and edge cases.

Knowledge Stewardship Orchestrate SMEs and content owners to create/curate KB content (articles, FAQs, procedural guides); apply taxonomy/metadata; schedule reviews.

Conversation & UX Draft intents, sample utterances, slot/entity needs, microcopy, error/repair strategies, and escalation paths.

Testing & Validation Create test cases from acceptance criteria, coordinate UAT, capture feedback, and sign off for release.

Insights & Iteration Analyze logs and performance, identify friction, maintain backlog/priorities, and propose improvements.

Disaster Recovery & Resilience Validate vendor DR and business continuity capabilities (RTO/RPO, backups, failover), maintain restoration runbooks, conduct exercises/tabletops, and ensure alignment with change/release processes and enterprise risk standards.
