What you'll do:
- Develop, train, and validate machine learning models for regression, classification, clustering, and anomaly detection.
- Work with time-series and multivariate sensor data for predictive maintenance, machine health monitoring, and operational analytics.
- Implement feature engineering pipelines, including statistical features, rolling-window features, and domain-specific transformations.
- Apply probabilistic and statistical methods such as Bayesian inference, uncertainty estimation, and Monte Carlo simulation where applicable.
- Support financial and operational analytics models, including cost drivers, efficiency metrics, and performance trend analysis.
- Deep Learning, Vision & Generative AI
- Build and fine-tune deep learning models using PyTorch or TensorFlow (CNNs, sequence models, autoencoders).
- Develop computer vision solutions for visual inspection, defect detection, image-based classification, and pattern recognition in manufacturing and operational contexts.
- Work with image and video data pipelines, including preprocessing, augmentation, and model evaluation.
- Develop Generative AI solutions using LLMs for document summarization, insight generation, knowledge retrieval (RAG), and conversational interfaces.
- Implement embedding-based semantic search and similarity matching for unstructured and semi-structured data.
- Design and integrate AI agents capable of tool usage, multi-step reasoning, and workflow execution.
- Implement Chain-of-Thought (CoT), Self-Consistency, and Structured Reasoning techniques to improve LLM reliability and reasoning quality.
- Design and apply ReAct (Reason + Act) patterns to enable agents to interleave reasoning steps with tool execution.
- Develop tool-augmented LLM workflows, enabling models to reason, call tools, validate outputs, and iterate.
- Apply prompt decomposition and multi-step reasoning strategies for complex analytical and decision-making tasks.
- Implement guarded reasoning patterns to ensure safe, deterministic, and auditable outputs in enterprise use cases.
What you'll need:
- 23 years of hands-on experience in Python-based data science or ML engineering.
- Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals (supervised and unsupervised learning).
- Experience with Scikit-learn, PySpark, Airflow, Kafka and other python libraries.
- Hands-on exposure to deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Familiarity with computer vision fundamentals (image classification, object detection, feature extraction).
- Working knowledge of Generative AI / LLM concepts, including prompts, embeddings, and API-based integration.
- Experience working in Linux/WSL environments.
