Role Description

This is a AI Engineer Trainee role with a structured training period of 46 months, followed by a full-time AI Engineer position based on performance.

During the training phase, you will work closely with senior engineers to learn and contribute to real AI projects. You will gain hands-on experience in building, testing, and deploying AI-powered systems while developing strong foundations in applied machine learning and AI engineering.

After successful completion of the training period, you will transition into a full-time role and take ownership of AI features and components in production systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and apply core concepts in machine learning, LLMs, and AI systems
• Assist in building and testing AI models, pipelines, and agent-based workflows
• Work with Python and related AI/ML libraries to implement solutions
• Support data preparation, experimentation, and model evaluation
• Collaborate with senior engineers on real client and internal projects
• Document learnings, experiments, and implementations clearly

Qualifications

• Strong interest in AI, machine learning, and applied data science
• Basic proficiency in Python programming
• Familiarity with ML concepts, LLMs, or AI frameworks is a plus
• Willingness to learn fast and work on real, sometimes messy, problems
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
