ABOUT THE ROLE
We&aposre looking for an experienced Senior AI Engineer to join our elite consulting team. You&aposll work on diverse internal R&D initiatives and high-stakes client projects, delivering production-ready AI systems that solve real business problems. This role combines deep technical expertise with client-facing responsibilities. You&aposll architect solutions, lead implementation, and present to C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions for clients across various industries and use cases; - Build sophisticated LLM applications using RAG, vector databases, fine-tuning, and agentic workflows; - Develop custom ML models for client-specific challenges including NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics; - Independently assess, clean, and engineer features from complex, messy datasets; - Own the complete data pipeline from ingestion through model training and deployment; - Lead technical discovery sessions and solution architecture discussions with client stakeholders; - Present technical concepts and project outcomes to executive leadership and technical teams; - Mentor junior engineers and establish AI/ML best practices across client engagements; - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and business stakeholders; - Contribute to internal R&D initiatives and thought leadership in AI/ML.
MUST HAVES
-5+ years of professional software development experience with strong fundamentals; - 5+ years deploying production machine learning systems at scale; - 3+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs, including API integration and local deployment; - Strong data engineering and data science expertiseyou can work with raw, unstructured data and transform it into ML-ready datasets; - Proficiency with data manipulation tools: pandas, NumPy, SQL, and big data frameworks (Spark, Dask); - Expert-level Python proficiency with deep knowledge of ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face); - Proven experience with modern AI techniques: RAG, vector search, prompt engineering, and agentic systems; - Strong cloud platform expertise (AWS, GCP, Azure) with containerization and orchestration experience; - Experience building scalable microservices, APIs, and ML inference pipelines; - Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage complex projects end-to-end with minimal oversight; - Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership; - Consulting mindset with ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions; - Track record of leading technical projects from conception to production deployment; - Upper-Intermediate English level.

- Previous consulting or client-facing engineering experience; - Experience across multiple industries (fintech, healthcare, e-commerce, etc.); - Advanced statistical analysis and experimentation design experience; - Experience with streaming data platforms and real-time ML systems; - Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or technical publications; - Experience with MLOps, model monitoring, and deployment automation; - Background in data engineering and large-scale data processing; - Advanced degrees in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related technical fields; - Startup or fast-paced environment experience.
